to being handmade daily at the Gelato Kitchen NOA Production Room,
we make no compromises in any process, pursuing a smooth, delicate texture and a clean aftertaste.

We have introduced a gelato machine,
using authentic Italian techniques.About our gelato machines, made with authentic Italian technology: We use machines made by Carpigiani, a long-established Italian manufacturer. By precisely controlling the amount of air incorporated and temperature, we achieve a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture and bring out the full flavor of the ingredients. Based on the reliable technology essential to gelato making, we create the ideal texture through daily preparation.

Made with smooth,
smooth milk from Hokkaido.The rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture of Hokkaido milk Milk is the most important element in determining the taste of gelato. At Gelato Kitchen NOA Kobo, we use milk from Hokkaido, which combines rich flavor, natural sweetness, and a smooth texture.
This brings out the flavor of fruits and nuts while achieving a high-quality lightness that makes you want to eat it every day.

Every step is carefully done
by craftsmenNOA COFFEE's gelato is made from scratch in our Production Room, without relying on pre-made bases. From combining milk and fruit to aging, cooling, and stirring, every step is carefully handled by our artisans, resulting in a unique aroma and lingering aftertaste.
Enjoy freshly made craft gelato delivered daily from our basement Production Room on Takeshita Street in Harajuku.
